Use in Sizing
Polymerize for starch makes totally Gum, Season proof, in every climate suitable for Cotton-PV-PC-100%. Polyester use in any starch Like Maida, Topiaca, Rice, T.K.P. best working on simple & high speed looms & high speed sizing also best working at without Air-Condition & showers. No breakage of Yarns on looms. Suitable for weight & non weight quality & all types of size Yarns. Also it has preservative for size mix easy removes in Desizing best before 5 years neutral, water white transparent liquid.
- Shine & Bright: In size mix 10 grams to 20 grams alone or with Acid Violet. Acid Blue or tintin Blue for shine & bright & Bluish tone for cotton (No Tinopal).
- Dropping: 0.25% dropping on sizing 1% dropping on Looms.
- Dosage: 2% to 2.50% on starch for cotton in size mix, 3% to 3.50% on starch for PV. PC. 100% polyester in size mix.
- Replacement: For all types of softeners, Stearic Acid Base, T.R.O. Oils, Paraffin Liquid, Wax and all types of adhesives like PVA. PV, Acetate (Polysol), Polyacrylamide, Acrylic, Acrylate, C.M.C., Gelatin, Guargum, Dextrin, Anti Static OIl, Modified starch, Sorbitol, Glycerin, Glycols and Hygroscopic Materials.
